Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Dalton, GA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
We are an in-network provider for SHAW INDUSTRIES. As of January 1, 2015, their dental insurance changed to DELTA DENTAL. We are also in-network for the following :
Ameritas, Anthem PPO, Assurant PPO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Georgia PPO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Delta Dental PPO and Metlife PPO.
We are also part of CIGNA Dental's Dental Savings Program. (But we are not in their PPO network).
For other insurance, we will be happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
